Jo Joyner unveils baby twins
9th March 2010
Jo Joyner has introduced the latest additions to her family and spoken about the joy of having children.
The EastEnders actress and her husband Neil Madden may have been inundated with baby gift sets and cashmere cardigans when she gave birth to twins Freddie and Edie about three months ago.
Now, the mother, who plays Tanya Branning in the popular BBC soap, has appeared on This Morning with her little ones to speak about IVF and how she felt when she discovered she may never have children, the Daily Mail reports.
"It was very scary when we were first told," she said. "It was like our world had fallen apart around us."
Joyner struggled for four years to fall pregnant and eventually conceived using the ICSI technique.
"We're very lucky. It's a miracle really," she has previously stated.
Another person who may have been overjoyed to announced her fourth pregnancy last week is Jools Oliver, as she suffers from polycystic ovaries.
