All mainland UK orders are going to be delivered via myHermes delivery network. All parcels are collected by a local courier and end-to-end delivery is guaranteed within 3-5 working days. The  myHermes door-to-door service offers online tracking and standard compensation of up to £25.

All Europe*, Republic of Ireland (ROI) and World Zones One** & World Zones Two*** deliveries are going to be delivered via Royal Mail Airsure®service. This service will require a signature for proof of delivery and guarantees delivery within 2 - 3 working days. However, we would suggest you to allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered. The Royal Mail Airsure®service offers online tracking and compensation of up to £500. Please refer to the countries listed below for this service. If your destination is not listed below, Royal Mail Airsure®cannot be used; therefore, your parcel will be sent via International Signed For™, which only offers online tracking until the point of departure in the UK.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 3-5 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected arrival date at checkout and we will despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at info@stellinababy.com quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed and Name.
You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied with our product. Delivery charges are non refundable. All UK exchanges are subject to a £4.99 return delivery charge and overseas as detailed in our delivery charges above.

If you wish to return any items purchased online at http://www.stellinababy.com/ , please follow the following steps:

1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the world).

2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item.

3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

Return of faulty, incorrect or sub-standard products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit / debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & Amex. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

Note: Paypal payment facility on this site currently only accepts Amex payments from cards issued by Amex Brighton. Cards not issued by Amex Brighton will unfortunately fail. Paypal plans to extend its service to all Amex cards over the coming months and we will notify you of this as soon as it becomes available.

Please note that all transactions made through the Stellina Baby Limited website will appear on your card or bank statements as Nochex or Paypal and NOT as Stellina Baby Limited.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
